What We Do

Coterie Boundaries

The Freetown-Port Rico Coterie was established in 2006, and is currently incorporating as a non-profit organization.  Its 12 member board is comprised of residents and business owners within the neighborhoods.  A simple definition of a Coterie would be:

"an elected group of neighbors who join together to create plans

and solve challenges that benefit the neighborhood."
